This section allows you to manage all your Account Codes related to property development. Account codes are used to link your cost heads and cost codes.


1. Open LD_MasterData and navigate to the Account Heads sheet.


Descriptions for the fields of the AccountHeads sheet are:

  1. Dropdown - Description of the account code

  2. Account Category - Category of the account

  3. Account Code - Unique account code

  4. Account Name - Account name


    Note: 

    • The cells will be highlighted in red when you add the same information more than once in any section across Lead Developer.

    • You can edit only the blue cells and the values for cells in black are automatically updated. 

    • This holds good across all sections in the Lead Developer Master Sheet.
